Salary: $27.00–$33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Drive safety program implementation through data-driven strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Serve as a trusted safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing across the organization.
• Influence behavioral changes and ensure safety best practices become natural habits.
• Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist with site emergency response.

Requirements

• Must be based in Redlands, CA
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of EHS experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-relevant field OR 6 months of safety experience at hirify.global.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 lbs and standing/walking for up to 12 hours.
• Must obtain adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 3 weeks of start date.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
