Location: Hybrid (London) — spending two days per week in the London office

What you will do

  • Operationalize marketing priorities and translate strategic plans into scalable execution.
  • Own the marketing analytics framework, building trusted reporting and delivering actionable insights for commercial leaders.
  • Manage the operational foundation of allbound and ABM programs, including target account lists and account scoring.
  • Oversee advertising operations to ensure reliable campaign tracking and pipeline attribution.
  • Manage the technical implementation of personalized content experiences and coordinate technical briefs for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with SDR teams to ensure marketing signals and insights flow seamlessly into sales workflows.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with attribution models, marketing data, and reporting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) methodologies and campaign orchestration.
  • Experience partnering with SDR teams and supporting allbound go-to-market motions.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dreamdata, ThoughtSpot, or Mutiny.
  • English: Fluent (C1) required
