What you will do

• Partner with business and product teams to document current processes and design future state improvements.
• Gather business requirements, create high-level user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership through effective communication.
• Collaborate with technology teams to produce detailed functional specifications for development and QA teams.
• Analyze existing systems to identify and assess potential technical and business solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process modelling (BPMN standard) and requirement elicitation.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, platforms, and tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite.
