What you will do

• Manage and grow strategic international accounts (MediamarktSaturn and Joybuy.com) to increase revenue and market share.
• Develop and execute multi-year commercial growth plans and joint business plans.
• Unlock growth via portfolio expansion, premiumization, and retail media.
• Lead complex international negotiations and coordinate with local sales teams across markets.
• Optimize pricing, assortment, and promotions to maximize conversion and profitability.
• Partner with senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in senior sales or strategic account management within international matrix organizations.
• Proven success managing complex retail accounts in consumer goods or electronics.
• Strong expertise in omnichannel environments, e-commerce, and category management.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Ability to translate data and market insights into actionable business decisions.
