TL;DR

Partner Manager (eCommerce): Managing account development and revenue generation by building relationships with agencies, referral partners, and influencers with an accent on value proposition development and lead generation. Focus on identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating referral agreements, and conducting educational workshops to drive sustainable growth.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany). Office attendance required Monday to Thursday; Fridays are remote.

What you will do

  • Identify and research prospective partners and influencers with mutual goals.
  • Develop value propositions to attract referral partners and system integrators.
  • Provide sales support, training, and demonstrations to existing and potential partners.
  • Structure and negotiate referral agreements to drive revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, understanding their business needs.
  • Create presentation materials and conduct educational webinars and workshops.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Partnerships role or similar.
  • Proven ability to hunt for new opportunities and meet targeted lead goals.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills for client relationship management.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Must be based in Berlin to support the hybrid office requirement.
