What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects from initial scoping to final implementation.
• Design innovative AI solutions in collaboration with technical teams and government partners.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and internal data scientists to translate research into operational impact.
• Develop and execute proposals to expand the company's footprint in the national security sector.
• Advise clients on AI strategy and technical implementation in high-stakes environments.
• Mentor peers and proactively improve team processes and practices.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in the National Security domain.
• Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery managing complex project lifecycles.
• Proven track record of delivering technical projects, preferably in AI.
• Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to take full responsibility for project delivery and end-user adoption.
• Eligibility for UK Developed Vetting (DV).
