What you will do

• Partner with strategic customers to identify pain points and AI transformation goals.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end, from use-case identification to commercial structuring and closing.
• Embed within customer teams to own delivery outcomes and ensure successful production deployment.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to build and deliver compelling demos and prototypes.
• Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.
• Provide field insights to Research teams to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably with enterprises.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping and technical communication.
• Commercial instinct for navigating enterprise sales cycles and value propositions.
• Technical aptitude with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and tooling.
• Must be based in Chile.
