What you will do

• Lead the Americas implementation team, managing the transition from trial phase to end-to-end delivery for enterprise customers.
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps and define success metrics and KPIs to ensure value realization.
• Design and scale operational processes, including deployment plans, playbooks, and capacity planning.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to align product offerings with customer needs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, framing problems and scoping initial deployments.
• Measure and scale value by quantifying ROI and expanding successful use cases across departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in San Francisco, USA.
• Proven experience leading technical solution delivery organizations for complex enterprise products.
• Strong familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and data/analytics concepts.
• Expertise in business analysis, process design, and executive-level communication.
• Track record of deploying AI, automation, or data products with measurable impact.
• Proficiency in Agile project management and stakeholder alignment.
