What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for France and Italy to exceed annual revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Cultivate sustainable, high-value relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term value and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct international customer visits to customize solutions and leverage the full product portfolio.
- Gather competitive intelligence and identify market trends to shape commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and technical teams to deliver high-quality service.
Requirements
- Business-level fluency in English and French is essential.
- Must be based in the UK or Germany.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and independent account management.
- Knowledge of academic publishing, scholarly ecosystems, or the Higher Education market in France.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally across France and Italy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for pipeline management.

- Fluency in Italian.
