Location: Hybrid - Minimum 2 days per week in the Manchester office
Salary: £40,000 + commission

What you will do
- Maintain and develop a sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Build and manage exceptional long-term relationships with strategic and key clients.
- Coordinate contract negotiations and manage commercial aspects including pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Analyze client business models to identify current and future needs.
- Present the solution portfolio to local enterprises to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, preferably in the Edtech sector.
- Strong understanding of funded learning, skills, and education technology trends.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and account management experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
