TL;DR
Strategic Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Driving qualified opportunities into net new large enterprise accounts with an accent on tailoring AI-powered talent intelligence solutions to strategic initiatives. Focus on expanding revenue streams, managing complex RFPs, and negotiating win-win solutions at the CxO level.
Location: Hybrid; must be within commuting distance of the London office (1-2 days per week in-office).

What you will do
- Drive and qualify opportunities in net new large enterprise accounts to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Expand business with new clients, existing accounts, and implementation partners.
- Execute market growth plans and lead dedicated sales campaigns targeting competitor clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from responding to RFPs/bids to converting leads into direct deals.
- Lead business planning, quarterly reviews, and pipeline forecasting activities.
- Collaborate across Product Management, SDR, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise-level sales experience.
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions.
- Experience with C-Suite (CxO) interactions.
- Must be based within commuting distance of the London office for hybrid work.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Talent Acquisition or HR application software.
- Experience with AI-based technology platforms.
- Knowledge of the Challenger sales model.
- Experience in a Bid Manager role driving RFPs and RFIs.
