TL;DR

Salary: $55,000 - $100,000 (base) + uncapped variable compensation

What you will do

  • Prospect and manage a 3-5X pipeline within the assigned territory.
  • Close business with companies between 51 and 1000 employees.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners, driving proactive demand generation activities.
  • Manage sales pipeline and revenue visibility accurately within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver partner-focused events and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute joint partner business plans with measurable financial goals.

Requirements

  • Located in the U.S.
  • 4-8 years of high-tech IT sales experience.
  • Proven track record of driving partner growth and revenue.
  • Strong relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Gsuite, and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IT security products.
  • Experience working at a startup or company with under $100M revenue.
