What you will do
- Prospect and manage a 3-5X pipeline within the assigned territory.
- Close business with companies between 51 and 1000 employees.
- Recruit and onboard new partners, driving proactive demand generation activities.
- Manage sales pipeline and revenue visibility accurately within the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver partner-focused events and campaigns.
- Develop and execute joint partner business plans with measurable financial goals.
Requirements
- Located in the U.S.
- 4-8 years of high-tech IT sales experience.
- Proven track record of driving partner growth and revenue.
- Strong relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Gsuite, and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

- Experience with IT security products.
- Experience working at a startup or company with under $100M revenue.
