B2B Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing retention and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise accounts with an accent on cold outreach, relationship building, and navigating complex procurement cycles. Focus on driving NRR and GRR targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to identify expansion opportunities within existing organizations.
Location: Remote (Global). Must have 6 hours of timezone overlap with the UK and be willing to occasionally work late for USA timezone overlap.
Salary: £60,000–£80,000 base + OTE (UK-based reference).

What you will do
- Own retention and growth for a portfolio of 10s of accounts.
- Conduct cold outreach to new stakeholders within existing customer organizations.
- Build and maintain high-credibility relationships with CXOs, SOC teams, and procurement leads.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure measurable value delivery.
- Analyze account data to proactively identify and pursue expansion opportunities.
- Manage deal cycles and renewals with discipline and process rigor.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or revenue-driven customer success role within a scaling organization (50–500 employees).
- Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas for new business or expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to run cold outreach and drive new pipeline within existing accounts.
- Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools like HubSpot or ChurnZero.
- Must be able to work with at least 6 hours of overlap with UK time.
- Must have existing work authorization; sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- Experience selling technical solutions, specifically cybersecurity training.
- Experience in the B2B space.
- Active adoption of AI tools in daily workflows.
