TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 base; OTE: $110,000–$125,000

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 170 emerging accounts with less than $50k in annual recurring revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, driving proactive outreach and ongoing engagement to strengthen client relationships.
  • Execute strategic upsell, cross-sell, and renewal efforts to drive revenue growth across the assigned portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored quotes, proposals, and service recommendations aligned with client business needs.
  • Monitor account health and renewal forecasting to identify risks and retention opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, marketing, and service delivery teams to refine engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or client development.
  • Proven track record of managing a high-volume book of business and driving renewals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs and position technology solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting proposals and service value.

Nice to have

  • Experience within managed services (MSP), SaaS, or recurring revenue environments.
  • Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, or cloud technology solutions.
