What you will do

  • Advise customers on solutions and build strong relationships through excellent service.
  • Prepare email sequences and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Identify and contact new leads through inbound channels via email and phone.
  • Conduct A/B testing on sales approaches to optimize conversion rates.
  • Perform online platform demos to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate offers to close deals and identify upselling opportunities for active customers.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to address customer pain points.
  • Comfortable using various technology platforms and tools.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a team, adapt to changes, and perform under pressure.
