What you will do

• Plan and manage the migration strategy for the installed hirify.global Enable Now base in the LAC region to WalkMe.
• Align with hirify.global stakeholders including IAEs, IVAs, and BTM Sales Specialists to drive commercial success.
• Act as a consultative advisor during early-stage customer evaluation processes to match needs with solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling stories and product demonstrations that illustrate differentiated business outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer teams as a trusted advisor.
• Promote product knowledge through blogs, webinars, and speaking at field events.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales (pre-sales, Solution Advisor, or Sales Engineer) with enterprise customers.
• Ability to interpret and articulate complex technical information to audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
• Experience working with hirify.global products and CRM systems such as SFDC.
• Business level proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Sao Paulo, Brazil.
