What you will do
- Support Account Executives during customer evaluations by answering technical questions and managing escalations.
- Execute discovery strategies to uncover business problems tied to revenue, cost, and risk.
- Create and deliver innovative custom solution demonstrations for strategic clients.
- Scope, install, and configure solutions while managing technical Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Architect technical solutions and communicate value to both IT teams and C-level executives.
- Relay customer insights to Product Management and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SaaS working with enterprise customers in technical pre-sales, solution advisory, or consulting.
- Proven track record of assessing requirements and designing solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Strong public speaking skills and ability to engage diverse audiences from engineers to executives.
- Ability to interpret and articulate complex technical information clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a sales-related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP products and CRM systems such as Salesforce (SFDC).
- Practical knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Experience with mobile technologies.
- Direct and digital sales activity experience.
