What you will do

• Acquire new clients and identify upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Achieve sales KPIs and targets, ensuring timely closure of deals.
• Develop and present professional proposals and negotiate contracts to balance value and profit.
• Maintain accurate business development records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the Product Team by providing client feedback.
• Manage partnerships with local industry groups and travel associations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SaaS sales.
• Fluent Portuguese (C2 level) is required.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona.
