TL;DR

Inside Sales Account Manager (IoT): Developing and managing the Authorized Partner ecosystem to accelerate business opportunities with an accent on partner enablement, consultative support, and lifecycle management. Focus on driving solution adoption through product demonstrations, qualifying project leads, and optimizing territory performance.

Location: Office based in Mississauga, ON (Remote candidates will not be considered)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Authorized Partners, Distributors, and other members of the Axis partner ecosystem.
  • Manage the Authorized Partner lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, and retention to increase solution adoption.
  • Provide consultative guidance, deliver product demonstrations, and conduct training sessions to help partners position Axis solutions.
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify project opportunities to support territory growth and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Field Sales Engineers, and Marketing to achieve territory objectives.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and opportunity management records within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or channel development within the technology industry.
  • Must be based in Mississauga, ON (Remote candidates will not be considered).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical aptitude with a basic understanding of networking concepts.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or resellers.
  • Background in the security, IT, or networking industries.
  • Axis Certified Professional (ACP) certification.
