What you will do
- Forge relationships with new customers and develop consultative strategies to achieve their objectives.
- Manage the onboarding process, including account configuration, product training, and change management.
- Monitor customer usage, adoption rates, and overall health metrics.
- Perform periodic business reviews to confirm satisfaction and resolve technical issues.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive customer growth and expansion.
- Maintain accurate account administration within Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport via phone, email, and video conferencing with minimal supervision.
