What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned SMB and Enterprise accounts.
- Drive client engagement and platform adoption to ensure customers extract maximum business value.
- Proactively identify and mitigate account churn risks to enhance customer retention.
- Manage renewals and identify potential upsell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in all products and offerings.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and the digital marketing space.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with clients.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Proficiency in additional Asian languages.
