TL;DR

Account Executive, Scale (SaaS): Managing the growth, renewal, and expansion of SaaS solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients with an accent on cross-channel consumer engagement and mobile marketing automation. Focus on driving net new revenue, optimizing product utilization, and navigating complex decision-making processes within the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid); routinely requires travel for onsite customer engagement in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with high-growth potential clients to maximize technology value and drive expansion.
  • Achieve quarterly net new and retention revenue targets while generating a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing teams to optimize the lead generation process.
  • Conduct onsite customer engagements and present value propositions to executive teams, primarily in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback to the product and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption and ensure seamless client transitions from pre-sales to ongoing usage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing role selling SaaS solutions.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
  • Background in Mobile and/or Marketing Technology sales.
  • Intimate knowledge of the technology landscape and networks in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and Google Workspace.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or Gemini.
