Location: Singapore (Hybrid); routinely requires travel for onsite customer engagement in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with high-growth potential clients to maximize technology value and drive expansion.
- Achieve quarterly net new and retention revenue targets while generating a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing teams to optimize the lead generation process.
- Conduct onsite customer engagements and present value propositions to executive teams, primarily in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Analyze customer product usage to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback to the product and leadership teams.
- Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption and ensure seamless client transitions from pre-sales to ongoing usage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a closing role selling SaaS solutions.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Background in Mobile and/or Marketing Technology sales.
- Intimate knowledge of the technology landscape and networks in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and Google Workspace.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or Gemini.
