What you will do

• Lead workstreams in Life Sciences commercial and customer transformation programs.
• Drive pharma marketing strategy, sales effectiveness, and brand planning initiatives.
• Design and facilitate client workshops on commercial vision, customer journeys, and omnichannel strategy.
• Shape CRM and omnichannel strategies in partnership with Salesforce teams.
• Develop AI-enabled commercial and CRM use cases focused on business value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of project workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience advising Pharma/Life Sciences commercial teams on customer journeys and CRM execution.
• Deep knowledge of omnichannel engagement, segmentation, targeting, and content personalization.
• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce Health/Marketing/Sales Cloud.
• Strong consulting skills, including executive storytelling and workshop facilitation.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed.
