TL;DR

Digital Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing a pooled coverage model for business customers to drive adoption and retention using data-driven health scores with an accent on scaled outreach and churn reduction. Focus on building repeatable one-to-many programs, optimizing customer journeys, and collaborating with product teams to enhance user outcomes.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the U.S.)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Operate a pooled Digital Customer Success model using health scores and product usage data to prioritize human intervention.
  • Proactively engage priority customers via email, calls, and webinars to ensure successful onboarding and value realization.
  • Execute targeted recovery plays for at-risk accounts to diagnose adoption blockers and improve renewal outcomes.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to refine automated email sequences and one-to-many adoption programs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer insights and influence improvements in user experience.
  • Identify expansion-ready accounts and support Sales teams in growth conversations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • No visa sponsorship available.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to leveraging usage metrics and adoption trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for building trust and maintaining consultative relationships.
  • Direct and transparent communication style.
  • Commitment to a user-focused, product-led culture.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Customer Success platforms, CRM tools, or product analytics tools.
  • Background in security, IT, identity, infrastructure, or developer-focused software.
  • Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, directory sync, and user provisioning.
  • Experience creating enablement content, playbooks, or conducting webinars.
  • Experience working with SMB or long-tail customer segments.
