TL;DR

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada

Salary: $134,000 – $194,000 (USD/CAD)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value Enterprise accounts (2,501+ employees) and develop multi-year Success Plans.
  • Build and sustain multi-threaded relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and executive security leadership.
  • Own gross and net revenue retention (NRR) through complex renewal strategies and expansion initiatives.
  • Lead executive business reviews to connect product adoption with security posture improvements and risk reduction.
  • Mentor Senior and Customer Success Managers to improve team methodology and performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on strategic account planning and multi-product growth motions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Enterprise Account Management in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity or IAM.
  • Proven track record of exceeding NRR targets and managing multi-million dollar ARR global accounts.
  • Strong experience engaging directly with CISOs and executive security stakeholders in consultative discussions.
  • Deep understanding of Zero Trust architecture and modern enterprise security frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight (or similar), and the use of AI tools for strategic research and optimization.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
