What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of SMB customers (101–500 employees) and execute Success Plans aligned with security goals.
• Drive product activation and feature adoption through executive business reviews and lifecycle engagements.
• Own gross and net revenue retention while identifying upsell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Maintain operational rigor in CRM (Salesforce, Gainsight) for forecasting and health tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer to inform product and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of meeting retention, adoption, and engagement KPIs.
• Experience managing SMB accounts and navigating renewal processes.
• Ability to build relationships with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Foundational knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and password security.
