TL;DR

Channel Partner Manager (SaaS): Developing and strengthening high-value partnerships with established automotive industry players to generate new revenue opportunities with an accent on deal execution and strategic relationship management. Focus on orchestrating C-level touch points, negotiating legal contracts, and building scalable engagement models.

Location: Remote, must be based in Colorado. Up to 75% travel expected.

What you will do

  • Manage and nurture established partnerships to increase adoption of the hirify.global platform.
  • Execute the full deal lifecycle, including structuring, negotiating, and legal contracting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on overall sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives.
  • Contribute to the overall platform partnership strategy and create repeatable engagement processes.

Requirements

  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales and lead generation objectives.
  • Must be based in Colorado to support specific territory needs.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel frequently (up to 75%).
  • Strong analytical ability to drive commercial outcomes for the company and partners.
  • Experience presenting to small audiences and building rapport with prospects.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in partner sales.
  • 5+ years of experience on the service side of the automotive industry.
  • Previous experience working with SaaS products.
