TL;DR

Supplier Relationship Manager (SaaS): Managing a strategic book of high-value suppliers through the full lifecycle with an accent on retention, renewal forecasting, and consultative upsell. Focus on driving engagement, resolving escalations, and optimizing the supplier experience through data-driven outreach and cross-departmental collaboration.

Location: Must be based in or near Lehi, Utah; hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Manage a defined portfolio of suppliers through the full lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and reactivation.
  • Deliver proactive, data-driven outreach based on health scores, risk triggers, and lifecycle milestones.
  • Lead renewal and objection-handling conversations with commercial acumen.
  • Forecast renewals accurately and document risks, saves, and objections.
  • Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning supplier needs with product value.
  • Coordinate with support, billing, and onboarding teams to resolve escalations and remove friction.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or supplier relationship roles.
  • Proven track record managing a book of business with measurable retention or revenue impact.
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms such as ChurnZero, Gainsight, or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Lehi, Utah, three days per week.
