TL;DR
Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximize the value of 's operational data solutions with an accent on customer retention and ARR growth. Focus on conducting business reviews, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure digital transformation success.
Location: Remote for candidates based in CO, AZ, or TX, or Hybrid in State College, PA. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Salary: $75,000 base + $45,000 target commission per year

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Drive customer retention, renewals, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align solutions with evolving customer objectives.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to optimize the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline activity within CRM tools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders to ensure measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to build relationships, retain customers, and exceed growth goals.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Remote eligibility is strictly limited to residents of Colorado (CO), Arizona (AZ), or Texas (TX).
- Strong consultative communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting customers in manufacturing, quality, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), or digital transformation.
- Experience with manufacturing software, MES, or PLM solutions.
- Experience engaging with Plant Managers or VPs of Operations.
