What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and implementation of complex solutions across multiple accounts.
• Serve as the accountable owner for contractual commitments, SOWs, and financial health.
• Propose innovative, technology-driven solutions to drive market differentiation.
• Lead and mentor geographically distributed delivery teams, including engineers and architects.
• Identify and surface new sales opportunities through ongoing client engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to foster stakeholder buy-in and understanding.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or solution delivery management.
• At least 5 years of experience focused on complex solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proven track record in owning client contract renewals, rate negotiations, and margin management.
• Experience building and leading geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
