What you will do
- Lead delivery strategy and build relationships with executive stakeholders for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
- Define and track success metrics, ROI, and adoption milestones to ensure time-to-value.
- Orchestrate large, multi-phase customer engagements including implementations, migrations, and transformations.
- Partner with Account Executives and CSMs to support renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor at the C-level, leading executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Manage delivery risks and lead the resolution of complex customer escalations.
Requirements
- Significant experience in SaaS customer success, consulting, or engagement management.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen regarding renewals, expansion, and ARR impact.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity to drive outcomes.
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom
