Salary: $149,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of implementations for strategic Enterprise hirify.global customers.
• Manage multiple SOW-based projects, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and forecasts are met.
• Execute discovery workshops to map customer use cases to the hirify.global platform.
• Identify and mitigate engagement risks while controlling project scope.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post-sales.
• Develop new program deliverables to improve team processes and implementation methodology.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Project Management experience covering time, cost, scope, and risk management.
• 4+ years of professional consulting experience, preferably in Enterprise software.
• Strong CRM experience or knowledge, specifically Salesforce.com or Dynamics.
• Experience with SaaS applications that support Enterprise business processes.
• Bachelor's Degree and willingness to travel.
• Must be located in New York City, Chicago, Austin, or Lehi.
