What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building and nurturing trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Plan and shape feasible account strategies that represent value for clients and support AND's growth.
• Manage day-to-day client and AND team needs, including clear and timely communications.
• Maintain commercially successful accounts and proactively minimise revenue leakage.
• Build and source a team for the client, depending on the needs and skills of our people.
• Act as a trusted point of escalation for the client and delivery team, resolving issues for success.

Requirements

• Experienced account manager comfortable with day-to-day relationship management.
• Solid commercial knowledge and understanding of contract terms & commercial risk.
• Experience in building and sourcing a team for the client.
