Staff Product Manager, T:0 (Agentic) Finance (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; this role is based in SF

Salary: $190K–$270K base pay annually, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the development of a new agentic finance AI product from 0 to 1.
• Define product strategy, solution design, user experience, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial teams, and customers to validate the product, achieve product-market fit, and scale it.
• Research AI developments, target markets, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
• Own customer outcomes and solve complex technical and commercial problems with significant autonomy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall professional experience.
• Experience in AI, ML, LLMs, or other novel technical fields.
• Experience in product management and building products from 0 to 1.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
• Strong communication skills for presenting product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to structure complex problems, use data and first-principles thinking, and work effectively in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a startup founder or early joiner.
• Experience combining user requirements with commercial strategy to drive product growth.
