What you will do

• Set the vision and roadmap for intelligent end-client experiences embedded in wealth firms’ portals, applications, and service journeys.
• Lead client discovery, configuration, integration, testing, and launch with product, technology, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
• Develop reusable deployment capabilities, standards, and playbooks to accelerate future enterprise launches.
• Build privacy, permissioning, explainability, compliance controls, and human-support pathways into the product experience.
• Define adoption and outcome metrics, instrument user journeys, and improve the product using behavior and feedback.
• Translate customer needs into prototypes, requirements, acceptance criteria, priorities, and product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience with a record of shipping products that deliver measurable customer and business impact.
• Experience delivering digital client experiences through enterprise partners, ideally in wealth management, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, from ambiguous problems and roadmap creation through production launch and sustained adoption.
• Working knowledge of AI products, including quality design, evaluation, feedback, practical limitations, and human oversight.
• Ability to balance immediate client needs with a coherent and reusable platform strategy.
• Clear communication with senior client stakeholders, designers, engineers, AI teams, and commercial leaders.
