Staff Product Manager (AI Orchestration & Agentic Workflows)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or Toronto, with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: San Francisco $177,650–$273,370; Toronto CA$157,250–CA$228,000, plus equity

What you will do

• Build AI playbooks that apply firm-defined intelligence across cases and documents.
• Create smart workflows that analyze case data, make decisions, and route cases toward faster resolution and higher settlements.
• Develop knowledge graphs and dynamic prompting systems that capture case history, firm preferences, and legal nuances.
• Own evaluation frameworks, prompt iteration systems, and quality feedback loops for reliable, continuously improving AI.
• Work directly with AI engineers on agentic system architecture, prompt engineering, and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI/ML products, workflow automation, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong interest in agentic systems, including multi-agent architectures, tool use, and chain-of-thought decision-making.
• Technical fluency in prompt engineering strategies, evaluation metrics, and AI system architecture.
• Scrappy, adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or 0-to-1 product development is highly preferred.
