Staff Product Manager (Fintech Data Platform)

Base pay: $188,500–$255,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and prioritize curated data products combining signals across hirify.global’s embedded fintech platform.
• Develop data capabilities supporting payments, invoicing, bill pay, accounts payable, lending, and payroll workflows.
• Own the strategy for combining hirify.global data with external construction system data to improve product and portfolio insights.
• Own APIs and data services that expose curated datasets to products and customer experiences.
• Improve data quality, completeness, validation, discoverability, and reuse across different customer configurations.
• Lead cross-functional product development and measure data product adoption and business impact.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of product management experience with data products, data platforms, analytics infrastructure, or ML/AI products in B2B SaaS.
• Deep experience defining derived data products or curated datasets from raw platform data.
• Understanding of entity-relationship design, semantic models, API design, and data modeling tradeoffs.
• Ability to review data model designs, evaluate API contracts, and collaborate credibly with data and backend engineers.
• Experience influencing multiple teams without direct authority and resolving competing data needs.
• Strong executive presence and a BS or B.Tech degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-system data.
• Experience identifying predictive model opportunities and defining their data requirements and success criteria.
