Location: On-site in New York City (5 days per week)

Salary: $90,000 - $225,000 OTE + competitive equity

What you will do

• Deploy and expand Hebbia's AI platform across top global financial institutions to maximize ROI.
• Develop deep expertise in leading LLMs and apply them to complex banking, financial, and legal workflows.
• Act as a trusted AI advisor to customer stakeholders, driving value-backed growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to inform the product roadmap, sales strategy, and executive account management.
• Identify and capture value to drive a land-and-expand commercial strategy.
• Optimize internal post-sales processes and workflows to improve customer experience and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, or Pre-Law.
• 1-5 years of client-facing experience in investment banking, institutional investments, professional services, or Fortune 500 corporate finance.
• Proven experience and comfort with leading LLM models and tools.
• Strong ownership mindset with a demonstrated track record of outperformance and value creation.
• Must be based in New York City for full-time on-site work (5 days per week).

Nice to have

• 5-10 years of client-facing experience with an emphasis on relationship-building.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience deploying AI/SaaS into enterprise organizations.
• Technical startup or founder experience, building systems for scale.
• Deep LLM technical knowledge and practical implementation experience in professional workflows.
