Salary: 149,000 zł - 179,000 zł per year

What you will do

• Analyze activities and transactions to determine non-compliance or potentially suspicious behavior.
• Investigate alerts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
• Execute ad-hoc project work and implement Financial Crime program enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Financial Crimes team to stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• 3+ years of professional work experience in BSA/AML, Sanctions, or KYC.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Snowflake, Excel, and visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML and Sanctions Program requirements.
• Exceptional judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Professional experience within a financial services company.
• Industry certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or CIA.
