What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles, including Engineering, Product, Data, AI, and IT Services across Europe.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through active sourcing via LinkedIn and innovative strategies.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for hiring managers and conduct interview trainings to ensure a great candidate experience.
- Apply data-driven recruiting approaches to continuously improve hiring strategies and organizational culture.
- Explore, test, and recommend AI-driven recruiting tools and workflows to elevate team capabilities.
- Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives and participate in key business meetings.
Requirements
- Several years of in-house tech recruiting experience within international environments.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions with high autonomy.
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
- Business fluent English (C1) is a must.
- Must be based in or able to work from Germany.
