What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the Business Services Team (BST) across Central Europe.
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers throughout the entire selection process.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity and streamline recruiting processes.
  • Analyze recruiting data to generate meaningful insights and actionable process improvements.
  • Lead negotiations with external recruitment partners and manage framework agreements.
  • Coordinate employer branding projects and organize events for new hires and students.

Requirements

  • College degree in human resources management, business psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional recruiting experience in a service-oriented, multinational company.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data and process optimization.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools like ChatGPT or Claude.

Nice to have

  • Project management experience.
  • Prior experience in employer branding or ATS process improvements.
