What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the Business Services Team (BST) across Central Europe.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers throughout the entire selection process.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity and streamline recruiting processes.
- Analyze recruiting data to generate meaningful insights and actionable process improvements.
- Lead negotiations with external recruitment partners and manage framework agreements.
- Coordinate employer branding projects and organize events for new hires and students.
Requirements
- College degree in human resources management, business psychology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional recruiting experience in a service-oriented, multinational company.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data and process optimization.
- Experience with AI-powered tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
Nice to have
- Project management experience.
- Prior experience in employer branding or ATS process improvements.
