What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for business-critical technical and operational roles across Europe.
• Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategies, workforce planning, and regional prioritization.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find engineering talent.
• Implement structured interview frameworks and data-driven assessment processes.
• Manage recruitment data and performance metrics within Personio to drive process improvements.
• Contribute to employer branding and support organizational scaling initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (C1/native) is a must.
• Proven experience in in-house or agency recruitment for technical or engineering roles.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Deep understanding of the defense industry.
• Expertise in European talent markets and cross-border hiring practices.
• Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused approach.
