Senior Recruiter (German)

TL;DR

Senior Recruiter (HR Recruiting): Managing the full recruitment cycle and acting as a brand ambassador for clients with an accent on consultative partnership with hiring managers. Focus on building talent pipelines, evaluating candidate profiles, and mentoring team members to ensure service excellence.

Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid (2 times per week in ASML office)

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build strong talent pipelines to deliver high-quality candidate slates.
• Maintain candidate engagement through proactive and timely communication throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to finalize offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or a related field.
• Significant recruiting experience within corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• German language proficiency is required.
