TL;DR

Lead Strategic Planning Analyst (Insurance): Designing and managing strategic planning and performance frameworks for a combined insurance organization with an accent on QBR processes, OKRs, and portfolio governance. Focus on driving alignment across multiple business portfolios and enhancing organizational planning capability.

Location: Hybrid, Eastleigh. Must be based in the UK

Salary: c. £60,000

What you will do

  • Lead the planning, preparation, and facilitation of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) cycles across multiple portfolios.
  • Partner with value stream leaders and senior stakeholders to provide strategic insight and challenge assumptions.
  • Drive enterprise planning and governance to ensure visibility of actions, risks, and performance against objectives.
  • Lead integration planning across hirify.global, esure, and Saga to maintain momentum on key business initiatives.
  • Champion best practices in OKRs and performance management while coaching colleagues to strengthen planning capability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in strategic planning, portfolio, project, or programme governance in a complex environment.
  • Essential experience using Jira for governance, prioritisation, and delivery management.
  • Proven experience operating within an agile environment with a strong understanding of agile principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to partner effectively with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) or similar enterprise performance frameworks.
  • Insurance industry experience.
