What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core technical platforms and systems.
• Partner with Engineering to define technical requirements and evaluate architectural trade-offs.
• Translate complex technical challenges into clear product priorities, balancing customer needs and business impact.
• Drive product development from technical discovery through launch using data and experimentation.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Design, and Compliance to scale products globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in leading technology companies, fintech, or high-growth startups.
• Strong technical foundation in system design, software architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience partnering with engineering teams to make architectural decisions and deliver scalable products.
• Strong product judgment to balance technical complexity with business priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams.
