What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end development of local payment solutions from concept to launch.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local payment partners and banks.
• Translate market and client needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to define APIs and payment workflows.
• Ensure all solutions comply with BSP and local regulatory standards.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize payment solutions for better user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or product partnerships.
• Strong understanding of local payment rails, PSPs, e-wallets, and banking integrations.
• Proven experience working with payment partners and managing technical integrations.
• Experience working within BSP-regulated institutions or similar environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, payment processing flows, and reconciliation.
• Experience launching or scaling payment products in Southeast Asia.
