What you will do

• Partner with Engineering and Design to ideate, build, and optimize the web and mobile user journey from onboarding through payments and trading.
• Own operational metrics such as KYC pass rates and payment success rates, using quantitative results, testing, and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Work with the CEO to lead development of new products including margins, futures, and other offerings.
• Own the global product roadmap across different countries while following local regulations.
• Manage the global product, design, and product operations team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Design, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and others to scale the platform with operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience building and managing crypto, ewallet, or other fintech products in Southeast Asia and/or greater China.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Experience managing a team of PMs, engineers, or product feature teams.
• Experience with spot trading, margin, and futures products.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to validate assumptions and move KPIs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders including engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and executives.
