What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for centralized assurance products and methodology projects.
• Translate high-level product vision into actionable requirements and co-own backlog prioritization with engineering and design.
• Lead the delivery of central methodology projects, collaborating with subject-matter experts to ensure product consistency.
• Support global initiatives across the product suite, specifically the rollout and adoption of AI tooling.
• Define success metrics and monitor KPIs to drive measurable improvements in product performance and user experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of leading delivery for products serving multiple teams or global markets.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to discuss design trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Experience defining KPIs and using data to measure product health and adoption.
• Must be based in Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI-powered features or working in AI-native development environments using agentic tools.
• Prior hands-on software engineering experience or a technical/engineering degree.
• Experience in fintech, assurance, or regulated SaaS industries.
• Experience supporting multi-region product rollouts.
