What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple social and influencer campaigns, including talent vetting and contract negotiation.
• Contribute to social and influencer strategies by recommending objectives, targets, and creative concepts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, managing expectations and providing strategic counsel.
• Coordinate with internal media, PR, data, and insights teams to ensure integrated campaign success.
• Oversee campaign budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered profitably and on schedule.
• Support the professional growth of junior team members through mentorship and constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in social and influencer marketing, preferably within a fast-paced agency.
• Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple campaigns from inception to completion.
• Track record of building strong, trusted client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for facilitating meetings and stakeholder collaboration.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
