What you will do

  • Serve as the senior contact for marketing stakeholders to build trusted relationships and strengthen partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, and production to align deliverables with client objectives.
  • Develop strategic account plans, scope-of-work proposals, and creative recommendations.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaign execution across social, digital, print, CRM, web, and in-store platforms.
  • Manage account-level production budgets, including cost estimation, supplier negotiation, and financial reporting.
  • Coach and develop the account team to maintain high standards of delivery and client service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior account or client leadership within a creative or integrated marketing agency.
  • Expertise in managing senior client relationships and navigating commercial complexity to grow accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of social media strategy and multi-channel content production.
  • Experience leading cross-functional creative teams in high-volume environments.
  • Ability to manage production budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Must be located in Chicago, Illinois.

Nice to have

  • Background in CPG, FMCG, or consumer brand marketing.
  • Experience with social-first content strategy and community management.
  • Familiarity with in-house studio or embedded agency models.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday, or Wrike.
